自从买了ssh之后就很少关注爬墙党和翻墙界的动静了。不过，为了方便手机上网，自己也建立了web proxy，也时不时会遇到内容被某墙DPI发现而被RST的情况。

在服务器上装上这个之后，本机就再也不需要装任何OOXX软件了，因为服务器IP是自己用，没有别人知道。而内容传输则是由服务器端CUI保护，每一个TCP连接之前就向某墙一耳光过去叫STFU。这小路不就永久不受监视畅通无阻了么。

哈哈。这办法太经济实惠了。

1. Google工具条太山寨。颜色和背景工具条不一致

3. Win7默认输入法悲剧。可能是我还不习惯的原因吧。最讨厌识别率低下的整句输入了。
4. explorer的渣设计 + DVD RW光驱的悲剧

5. 我深刻体会到Vista那种渣UAC和渣控制面板设计的悲剧。
6. 由于根DoJ的斗争，微软不能像Apple一样集成很多很多功能然后流水线化设计。悲剧的微软。
7. 新任务条还很不习惯。看得出来Windows在刻意模仿Mac的UI paradigm。最不习惯的就是右击任务栏图标+C不能关闭窗口。悲剧。
8. 1344x768 + 14' 屏幕的悲剧，有些中文字体太小，眼睛都看痛了。囧。看来大屏幕+大分辨率潮流下设计界是应该超级改进下了。
9. 下载个Chrome Dev，用默认官方的Google Updater下载，1Mb的ADSL，居然下载了半个小时。云计算在兲朝就是个悲剧。万恶的软件、互联网巨头们你们不做bootstrapper会死啊？最让人厌烦的是，这些垃圾bootstrapper居然还不知吃断点续传~~NND
10. IE8居然有这么多新加功能了。但是貌似和系统的 文字服务/微软拼音输入法 和 textarea 有冲突，一打字就狂跳。
11. IE8收藏夹和右键居然都可以嵌入HTML了。挂马的好地方啊。Ctrl+F也学习Firefox那种非模态长条对话框了。
12. 终于下载好Chrome Dev了。真一个爽字啊。强烈建议Google在云里自动同步cookie和浏览器首页。这样无论在哪里上网东东都是一样的了。
13. Chrome Dev里发现了一个奇怪的新东东：自动翻译。
    
    开源的东东的本地化做的之烂可见一斑。
14. mspaint的界面变得好科幻。。。默认保存格式从XP的jpg变成png了。很好。

Web 2.0几条主线还是很清晰的。05年youtube的出现大力推动了北美互联网市场从拨号直接升级到高速宽带。

Web的发展现在是流行realtime web。这个视频其实有一个缺陷，那就是对方没有互动。假如一个random stranger恰好也是一位音乐家，他会马上拿出他的乐器来演奏吗？答案是不行。我试过。chatroulette至少有500ms的延迟。而且音质和画质特别的烂。

这里让我想到了人类互联网发展的终极极限。我算了下：

延迟：人类大脑的反映速度大概是0.02秒，所以20ms的延迟足够个人使用了。

其次是带宽。读G Reader的同学可能有体会，那就是 over share 和信息过载。一个正常社会的成年人大概能熟练和深度交往310个人，再多就记不住。所以：

个人互联网终极带宽 = ( 视网膜分辨率 x 2 + 人耳能识别的频谱带宽 x 2 + 其他感官预留带宽 ) * 310

有了这个带宽，那么你几乎就等于生活在Matrix里了。

我弄错了～～～

ssh的速度慢原来是因为putty/plink的实现比较搓。以前我也是只能33KB左右的速度看youtube，现在能满水管了。

我也试试了下OpenSSH的cygwin版本，速度似乎也不太行。

而且Tunnelier的tunnel似乎是并发的，开youtube的页面明显感觉比putty/plink/openssh快很多。

Tunnelier最大的一个优点就是：一次登录，就可以同时打开sftp和terminal。而且只需要一个ssh session，一个tcp连接。我一直在寻找这样的ssh客户端啊～～～

而且这玩意儿牛逼的地方在于，不需要重新登录或验证，只要右下角图标没有关，维持这一个ssh连接，就可以随时新建一个terminal或sftp窗口，而不需要重新登录。这样连screen命令也省了。要多少个窗口开多少个就OK了。

由于使用的是cmd作为终端，所以中文字符编码也不成问题了～～～～

看来SecureCRT, ZModem, PuTTY和XShell都过时了。Tunnelier满塞！

这片子很有意思。很西方，但是很说明了一些问题。李笑来老师推荐过。其实我当时期望这部片子是讲一些西方艺术史的，米开朗基罗之类的，期望是文艺复兴和工业时代的一些平时很难找到的材料。比如哥伦比亚公司引入唱片封面提高了销售这些鲜为人知但十分有趣的历史。结果这片子主要讲史前的。罗马希腊原始部落和岩居人的艺术。但是还是很有意思。

看到有道词典3.0发布了。心痒就下载下来试了下。

其实早就想装个词典工具了，我目前用的是Chrome下的官方扩展 Google Dictionary (by Google) - 版本： 1.0.2

这玩意儿啥都好，就是俺还希望有个记忆我查过那些单词，能记住上下文最好。因为很多时候我觉得这个单词我肯定在哪里查过。如果我第二次查过就说明这单词真的很重要，应该直接记住。而且在英语上下文中查单词有个很大的好处就是语境很好，用法很地道。甚至有些拟声词活灵活现的写法你一辈子都不可能从书本上学来的。

安装有道词典的时候提示 无法写入文件 rank.bmp

原因是磁盘空间满了。。。囧。。。我的Sandboxie所在分区空间满了。。。

总体感觉还将就。我算比较苛刻的极端用户吧，还是有几点比较遗憾

• 网络释义功能似乎还很薄弱，上面截图就是个例子。处于很原始的收录一些网贴然后分词分析的那个阶段。我觉得直接和Urbandictionary，互动和百度百科它们合作算了。
• 没有德语。。。
• 没有API。我希望能有个能在Chrome里直接调用的CLSID。其实国内公司还都是小农模式。做软件等于做零售，没有建立一个围绕软件的生态系统的意识。而生态系统托起来的软件例子太多了。从最找的的WinAMP开始，到后来的开源运动，其实都是一个生态系统的建立。
• 发音的TTS还是比较僵硬。
• 没法自定义辞典之类的。
• 不支持 * 和 ? 的模糊查询。

我试过的词典软件：

• mdict 界面过度简陋了，基本功能都缺乏。不过我手机上装的是这个
• stardict 用过的最好的。因为可以自定义词典。哈哈。不过GTK在Win32上跑实在是PITA
• lingoes 过期需要联网激活，一次在没法上网到时候想查个单词，怒删之。
• babylon 找破解麻烦
• 东方快车 和 金山词霸（包括谷歌版） Win98时代用过的。印象还可以，不过都是古董了。哈哈。

我对英语查询的要求比较高，有的时候需要用到Wordnet，有的时候会需要正则： grep -e "ing$" /usr/share/dict/words

假名和英文之间互相转换的工具：泥轰国dict http://www.nihongodict.com/。等你需要的时候就会发现有这样一个网站太有用了！

Unicode.org官方的Unihan查询工具。有释义 http://unicode.org/charts/unihan.html。什么各种编码的什么码表的就自己Google了我就懒得贴了。

现在接触古典和传统的东西也开始多了起来，用汉典也比较频繁。特别是它的说文解字和古代写法，很有意思。极少时候还用到方言发音工具和上古汉语语音查询工具

有的字写起来比较复杂，我会用n词酷的笔画手写功能查询。以前是用的微软拼音手写识别。不过现在什么都云计算了。哈～～

在线的用得最多的是Urbandictionary，Google Dictionary的网络释义功能做得最好，Wikipedia左下角的不同语言跳转功能最精确最有用，比如简体繁体转换就可以很清楚得到大陆、香港、台湾、新加坡之间汉字的转换。

极少情况下会用到希腊文和拉丁文的词典。

一直以来对WPF的印象就不太好，特别是那个占用80MB内存来切换壁纸的软件，给我的印象太差了。

今天在测试Inbox2的时候，还陆续发现了一些问题

特别是中文字体，简直惨不忍睹。

其次是按钮焦点虚线框看起来错位了

好把，我过于苛刻了一点。但是我印象中混乱不一致的控件外观，只有在Web页上才会发生。

其次，.NET程序首次启动慢，WPF耗内存和CPU，这些缺点就不说了。Inbox2用的技术十分杂，从它的依赖库来看就有IronPython和jQuery。

反正至今为止还没有找到令人印象深刻的WPF客户端软件。

reddit上看到n个人说WinForms已死，MSDN论坛上提出的WinForms的bug，微软都不怎么修复了，建议开发人员要么做传统VC++的原生界面开发，要么全面转移到WPF上来。微软为WPF提供了高效的开发语言，便捷的开发平台和强大的工具链，但是目前我还是为WPF感到担忧。或许是微软招了太多的第三世界廉价开发人员做不出来短小精悍而强大的复杂大型软件了。要知道当年Windows 98带GUI极限精简可以做到8MB，Windows 2003的极限完整GUI精简版才93MB。界面十分华丽的Renoise才11MB，而且还不用安装依赖库。
