Google的未公开API：wifi的MAC地址转经纬街道
跨省追捕专用API啊。。。。

先诱惑目标访问一个XSS，跨了wifi包含mac地址的一个页面（当然是跨默认密码），比如原作者发现的Verizon FiOS Router的XSS：

正嚷间，歼十到了。叫一声：“开路！”掣开中距空空导弹，幌一幌，碗来粗细，丈二长短，丢开架子，打将出来。超级大黄蜂那个敢抵，一时打退。那超级大黄蜂立住阵势道：“你这不知死活的破棍子！你犯了十恶之罪，先独裁，后支持流氓国家，搅乱了国际秩序，又窃了民主国家技术，又将技术偷来此处卖钱，你罪上加罪，岂不知之？”歼十笑道：“这几桩事，实有，实有！但如今你怎么？”超级大黄蜂道：“吾奉小布十金旨，帅众到此收降你，快早皈依，免教这些生灵纳命。不然，就髹平了此山，掀翻了此洞也！”歼十大怒道：“量你这些毛神，有何法力，敢出浪言。不要走，请吃咱家一棒！”这超级大黄蜂一齐踊跃。那猛龙毫不惧分毫，轮起空空导弹，左遮右挡，把那超级大黄蜂战得筋疲力软，一个个倒拖器械，败阵而走，急入中军帐下，对小布十道：“那歼十果十分骁勇！我等战他不过，败阵来了。”李天王即调F15与F16，一路出师来斗。歼十也公然不惧，调出枭龙、歼七与四个健将，就于洞门外列成阵势。你看这场混战好惊人也——
寒风飒飒，怪雾阴阴。那壁厢旌旗飞彩，这壁厢弹头生辉。滚滚漆明，层层翼亮。滚滚盔明映太阳，如撞天的银磬；层层翼亮砌岩崖，似压地的冰山。响尾蛇，飞云掣电；霹雳九，度雾穿云。火神炮，双二三，麻林摆列；阿姆弹，闪电十，密树排阵。导弹发射喷火焰，机炮攒射挟了魂。歼十一拉死筋斗，翻来覆去战天神。杀得那空中无鸟过，山内虎狼奔。扬砂走石乾坤黑，播土飞尘宇宙昏。只听兵兵扑扑惊天地，煞煞威威振鬼神。
这一场自辰时布阵，混杀到日落西山。那独枭龙与歼七，尽被众米机击落下去了，止走了四健将与那群地勤，深藏在水帘洞机场底，这歼十一架机，抵住了F15F16与阵风、狂风，俱在半空中，杀彀多时。歼十见油料将尽，即掏红头文件，写上“批准”，嚼碎了喷将到浙江，叫声：“山寨！”就变了千百个歼十，都使的是闪电十，打退了阵风狂风，战败了五种米机。
歼十得胜，收了山寨，急转身回洞，早又见铁板桥头，四个健将，领众叩迎那歼十，哽哽咽咽大哭三声，又唏唏哈哈大笑三声。歼十道：“汝等见了我，又哭又笑，何也？”四健将道：“今早帅众将与米机交战，那枭龙与歼七MG，尽被敌机击落，我等逃生，故此该哭。这见歼十您得胜回来，未曾伤损，故此该笑。”歼十道：“胜负乃兵家之常。古人云：杀人一万，自损三千。况捉了去的头目乃是出口创汇、骗钱猴版之类，我自用型未伤一个，何须烦恼？他虽被我使个山寨法杀退，他还要安营在我山脚下。我等且紧紧防守，饱食一顿，安心睡觉，养养精神。天明看我使个大神通，击落这些敌机，与众报仇。”四将与众地勤将航空煤油加了几桶，安心维护不题。

把记事本另存为QQ.EXE，运行。打开搜狗输入法，立即可以看到三个偷窥隐私的项目
没想到无耻的记事本居然偷窥我安装的文件，还偷窥了exe文件。
强烈抗议微软的无耻行径啊！
哈哈。。。。但是我估计结果多半是因为搜狗IME的进程导致的。。。
这是我在虚拟机里纯净XP SP3，把notepad.exe复制成qq.exe测试的结果：
其实也没啥大不了的。基本上访问操作都是智能ABC搞出来的。
不过呢，虚拟机里根本都没有QQ，360也可以显示个QQ图标出来。强。

原来这种所谓的“infographic”也是一种spam和规则博弈
在网上混久了就知道如何避免一些常见的SEO和spamming。比如上面这个图，12 facts about bottled water，被叫做所谓的infographic，看起来貌似有用，但是其实是很垃圾的一张图。HN上甚至总结出来了一条规律，凡是以数字开头的文章标题，比如《10个最漂亮的XXX》，《13条XXX必备的XXX》，《装逼人士的7招套路》这种基本都属于垃圾信息。reddit上有人就此图分析了一下：
If you're calling this an "infographic", the implication is that the graphics contain information. An infographic isn't just words arranged prettily. But in this image, the actual graphics don't convey much:
- There's no meaningful visual scale between the $0.0015/gal cup and the $10.00/gal bottle.
- The US is partially filled with water, but the amount that it's filled doesn't represent anything.
- What the hell happened to Alaska? Doesn't scale matter at all?
- The green arrows are meaningless. How does American water consumption "lead" to global consumption? How does that in turn "lead" to generating $61 billion dollars?
- Why do the "chemical" contaminants look more biological than anything?
- Why is "17 million barrels of oil" shown using 14 barrels? Why is one of them bigger?
The "one bottle = three bottles" graphic is confusing. A bottle is equivalent to three bottles? Better would be to show the amount of water that goes in the bottle, and the 3x amount that doesn't.
As far as the text itself goes, it isn't clear either:
What is the "price" of bottled water? Manufacturing cost? Retail price? Wholesale price?
- What does "generates $61 dollars" mean? Revenue? Profit? Production cost? Is this a good thing or a bad thing?
- "40% of bottled water is taken from ... tap" is meaningless or outright misleading. What if the bottlers are doing all sorts of filtering and purification? Are you saying they aren't?
- "22% of tested bottled water..." means nothing unless you tell us what percent of tap water failed the same tests.
- The little checklist is factually inaccurate. As far as I know, failing tap standards doesn't cause the distribution facility to be shut down. At the worst, they just get fined.
- How much oil is used in the production of tap water infrastructure?
- "Contribute to the 3 billion pounds of waste" How much do they contribute? A lot? A little?
当把这层皮捅破之后发现，这个图真的很廉价，一个美工2-3分钟就可以搞出一个来。与其叫infographic不如叫chartjunk。
这种营销手段是，在互动式社区用astroturf伪造成用户自己画了一个关于XXX话题很有意思的infographic，很多人比如digg和reddit的去看了之后，就 bait-and-switch，把页面301到真正大面积广告和营销的地方。这样第一批用户把新闻voting到frontpage之后，你得到的就是哗啦哗啦的流量了。
关于这个话题更多的东西我也在学习中。gaming the system和哗众取宠是一门大技巧。恩。

国内都是OAuth和OpenID混用么？？？？
发现一个问题很久了。国内虽然开放式API大环境非常恶劣，但是依然还是有一些网站支持的，比如用通行证登录之类的。
好多网站支持“用豆瓣登录”
最大的问题是，豆瓣从来都不是一个OpenID Provider，而只是一个OAuth provider，OpenID是用于identification和authentication，而OAuth是authorization，用途非常不一样的。不明白那些把自己豆瓣资料修改权限大方的交给第三方网站的用户都是怎么想的。。。。。。也不知道为什么网站开发者乐此不彼的这么做是为什么。。。。 ╮(╯▽╰)╭

Fuck you, Windows Mobile and Office Mobile 2010
I planned to upgrade my Office Mobile 2007 to 2010. I searched every tiny bit of PITA Ribbon UI as well as ActiveSync/Win7 Mobile Center settings, can't find where to install Office Mobile. So I looked up help manuals and Microsoft Social forums. Still no result. I tried enumerate all .cab files on my harddisk, the only one I can find is OneNoteMobile.cab from Onenote 2007. I even tried re-install Office 2010 with all components from setup iso. Fuck I just can't know where to get office Mobile 2010
After some Googling I realized Microsoft and their so smart-ass Office team didn't provide Office Mobile 2010 install cab files in their retail disk or msi. You can only) get it from Windows Phone Market Place. It turned out to be another epic nightmare journey.
WinPhone Marketplace website UI is absolutely confusing shit. I searched for Office 2010 and it give me this:
How the fuck could I determine which one to choose?
So I opened all of the 3 apps.
The page opened, with absolutely no idea what's going on and what to do next.
HOW THE FUCK DO I GET THEM? There is no single download button or instruction or hint or anything.
Next I realized you can only get these apps on cellphone with Marketplace client installed. Even the motherfucking Marketplace client can only be downloaded from cellphone, not on a PC then transfer to phone. While China Mobile 2.75G EDGE cmwap Internet connection is expensive as fuck, even their Marketplace URL is long enough to piss you off, you must at least type mp.windowsphone.com to open the site.
What did I get?
It a 349KB bootstrapper, to download a 748KB real Marketplace client. In other words 1/3 of the bandwidth is consumed for crap.
The funny thing is, now the Office Mobile 2010 didn't even show up on Marketplace app.
The webpage encoding is even messed up in WinMobile 6.5 Internet Explorer
Nice work, Microsoft! I give up.
My conclusion is that, app store model is great harm to our information freedom and software manipulativity. There is too much encapsulation, region/language lock and censorship. Long live the 0day scene and warez 4 life!

游戏程序员的48小时工作截屏动画
老外的码农也就这样嘛。。。不过这老外生产效率超高啊，48小时做搞定一个完整的Java游戏。顺便说下，这是为一个编程竞赛Ludum Dare而专门录制的
Eclipse, Photoshop, Paint.NET, Firefox 4, Wordpress, Twitter, coding的时候开的是SomaFM/cliqhop作为背景音乐 :)
做2D游戏角色里面逐帧动画居然都是自己画。音效FX用的是SFXR

就算Wired的图标是对的，video也是通过HTTP这些www协议传输的。怎么能说Web已死呢？
转载HN上一个评论，简单的说Chris Anderson就是个sb喷子。
Chris Anderson and Wired manipulate facts to forward their theories with whatever new theory and bandwagon they are jumping on.
The data cited in 'The Long Tail' was not accurate, and actually supported the counter-argument. 'Free' was similarly vague and inaccurate.
The entire m.o of Anderson seems to be to take a concept or theory that sounds interesting and package it in laymans terms for a gullible public. It is presented as 'research' or a 'breakthrough' and most average readers suck it up, but these theories are usually far from.
To see them doing it again with this latest theory is no surprise. Anderson really doesn't let the truth get in the way of a good story, especially when there are magazines and books to sell, and high-priced speaking gigs to book.

Why scientists will never be heroes
The problem with this argument has always been that (tragically) real science just isn't as much fun. Sure, you can try to Bill Nye and Carl Sagan it. You can try to simplify it and present it in false-but-fanciful ways. But this is all just smoke and mirrors.
Real science happens in painfully incremental, boring, specialized steps. Gone are the days of DaVinci or Edison or Tesla or any notion of the Renaissance inventor/scientist. We are all specialists now, and there are a lot more of us. We can barely understand the research in close fields to our own. Publications now spew forth with fire-hydrant force. We can no longer sip from the garden hose of knowledge without getting our faces blasted off.
However important it may be to fundamental human advancement, there is never going to be a primetime TV spot for something like "Regulation of interleukin-1β by interferon-γ is species specific, limited by suppressor of cytokine signalling 1 and influences interleukin-17 production". Ergo, we have American Idol. It's not entirely the scientists' fault. it's not entirely the public's fault. It's just the nature of the beast.
