Yes, my original Ubuntu crashed when apt-get autoclean, and I tried Hiweed. Hiweed was quite nice but not so nice as Ubuntu, Kubuntu looks god, but I trred 8 times to install it via LiveCD, harddisk, CD-ROM, and failed everytime when partitioning. At last I went back to Ubunt 6.10. Most people chose to switch to FC6 or SUSE, and returned to Ubuntu not long after. Really ubuntu is suitable for desktop computing.
