#5. They are a straight up pain in the ass. They haven't held down any previous jobs for more than 6 months and they don't know what the fuck they want from life. Be warned, I have been one of these people and they will cost you an arm and a leg in terms of wasted time and productivity.
- frightening intelligent, analytic and philosophic -> most things were simply too trivial to entertain him for more than a week
- well-paid freelancer for ~15 years -> absolutely no financial motivation
- no family nor close friends -> absolutely no extrinsic motivation
I think it pretty much sums things up :)
