<p>希望这些网站有一些功能：</p> <ul> <li><p>用户指定一个型号的产品，当有货/降价时提醒用户</p></li> <li><p>用户指定一类产品，当优惠、促销、套餐的时候提醒用户</p></li> <li><p>当指定一类产品有新功能、新型号、新货上架时提醒用户</p></li> <li><p>用户指定产品各种参数，比如对尺寸重量的要求，商家觉得自己的产品符合这个参数，主动bid。这个无法很好的用搜索引擎实现，因为很多东西是相对描述性的自然语言，比如“炉灶宽度不大于油烟机的宽度”。</p></li> </ul> <p>有些功能B2C实现了，比如降价提醒，但是淘宝没有实现，让人觉得每天去遍历很痛苦。</p> <p>整体来说现在的电商网站基本还只是 实体柜台 映射到 虚拟SKU 这样的模式，缺乏一些根本的信息化创新。</p> <p>对物流的一个想法：</p> <p>有的时候觉得在淘宝买东西，把自己电话和地址留给卖家是很危险的。一是垃圾广告促销短信，而是差评电话威胁。消费者信息应该实现对商家匿名化：</p> <ol> <li><p>消费者订购商品</p></li> <li><p>商家给消费者一个 <strong>快递单号</strong></p></li> <p>同时这个通知也发送到了RTX。但是RTX是实时的，更加接收不到。RTX的卖点其实就是个组织架构，其他方面也做得很烂。所以这个方面同步的IM和异步Email都不能很好解决，必须引入第三方信息渠道。</p> <p>由此感想，micro/small enterprise还是需要一个敏捷的，类似Google Wave的协作工具啊。</p> <p>但是目前市场上要么是hosted的，付费平台，总感觉内部的东西放到别人的篮子里很别扭；</p> <p>要么自己搭建的简陋系统，界面不友好，只有码农才会用；要么就是功能太弱。要么就不跨平台。</p> <p>感叹搜索引擎已经完全成为过去时了。</p> <p>这个改变意味着什么？意味着，搜索引擎失去了避风港资格，而以后逐步地，必须为自己的“答案”直接负责了。而不同的人、不同的国家地区，对同一问题的回答的要求，是不同的，你可以在不同时间不同地点让不同的人满意，但是你很难让所有地点所有时间让所有人满意。</p> <p>不满意意味着什么？被封。</p> <p>如果每个人看到的搜索结果都不一样，那么搜索就失去了公平性、可比性和排名的意义。长此以往，搜索引擎就不再是客观的信息检索工具，而是被主观操控的谎言机器。</p> <p>机器产生的答案能勉强解决一部分问题，而且还仅仅是（不怎么赚钱）一部分而已。搜索引擎的颓势也不是从这一天开始的。搜索引擎崛起就在于.COM泡沫破灭后的Internet初期，大量的个人或组织机构独立网站多，而且分散，但是单个网站信息比较集中，有大量原始素材可供批量检索。</p> <p>但是现在独立网站内容基本都是spam和可有可无、无关紧要的东西了。内容的产生早已转移到信息流和社会化网站里面去了。而这些网站往往比较封闭，稍微好一点的都需要账号登入才能互动，由最终用户看到的HTML页面展示的二手信息可用价值大打折扣。有实力的网站原生数据挖掘早已被开发利用了，根本轮不到第三方搜索引擎来吃透多层信息了。</p> <p>加上移动互联网的崛起，信息的uplink接口基本被几家大的4层或者7层公司垄断死。“公网”的存在意义基本是岌岌可危了。公网的搜索引擎的作用，也就沦落为网站自身搜索技术不完善的补充了。</p> <p>淘宝上最便宜的 720p + WiFi + 云台 摄像头都是600人刀。感觉太贵了。640x480的VGA倒是便宜。220左右。</p> <p>同轴闭路信号的监控，基本都是380线这种悲剧的分辨率，Sony有750线的高清方案，但是依然悲剧。</p> <p>数字化摄像头，基本都是USB接口，USB接口上了5米就是渣。HDMI超过10米成本上升太吓人。而且需要额外的服务器端设备才能实现IP Cam/webcam的功能。</p> <p>想来想去，还是以太网 +RJ45好。说不定还可以PoE网线供电</p> <p>但是我又想到了一个山寨办法，最近Raspberry Pi的生产线测试已经<a href="http://www.raspberrypi.org/archives/676">接近尾声开始准备出货</a>了</p> <blockquote> <p>Meanwhile, the <p>感觉Basecamp并不能解决异步远程协同工作和人数稍多的管理问题。如果Basecamp的成功真的是just works的话，这真的是一个奇迹。</p> <p>有人说basecamp不是project mangagement，只是issue tracker。我不同意。</p> <p>如果我来设计，我觉得Google Wave那种就很好。管理上有两种风格，要么通过职能职位，铁打的营盘流水的兵，要么就细化到具体人头小而精。</p> <p>基本组成单位应该是单条message，message构成thread，核心和重点就是thread。一个thread可以是todo，也可以是calendar event，也可以是whiteboard，也可以是chat。多个thread构成time。如果是whiteboard或者是collaboration这种mutable content，thread主帖之外message就应该是playback和revision。</p> <p>thread要突出metadata，entity-attribute-value体系，以及完整的active/passive event mechanism。thread之间可以构成<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Directed_acyclic_graph">有向无环图</a>的依赖关系。thread也是Knowledge
